St. Anne's Church

We are located in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, just north of St. Paul. St. Anne's Church offers the Traditional Latin Mass daily. Our church is associated with the Society of St. Pius V - an organization of traditional Catholic priests dedicated to the traditional Latin Mass and the administration of the traditional Sacraments.

The priests follow the rubrics of the Mass according to the Roman Missal (Missale Romanum 1954) prior to any of the liturgical changes implemented by the Vatican II Council. A Little History

The three and a half acres of property we now own was purchased from a Baptist church in March of 1987. The parishioners of St. Anne's Church did extensive renovation to make our church a very beautiful place for Catholic worship. The first public Mass was offered on the second Sunday of October of the same year.

Besides the spacious grounds, the property has three buildings on it. After the church was renovated, one of the other buildings was converted into a small grade school for children from grades one through eight. There is house attached to the church that is used as a convent for the Sisters to teach at the school. In October of 2000 a house was purchased adjacent to the church property which now servers as the rectory.
